That a utility easement in John Ryden Sec- ond Addition, according to the plat on file and of record thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows is hereby vacated, subject to the conditions of Section 2: The north 10.00 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, John Ryden Sec ond Addition. Section 2.
