AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY EASE-
MENT AT LOT 6, BOCK 1, JOHN RYDEN SECOND
ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That a utility easement in John Ryden Sec-
ond Addition, according to the plat on file and of record
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows
is hereby vacated, subject to the conditions of Section 2:
The north 10.00 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, John Ryden Sec
ond Addition.
Section 2. Vacation of the above described easement
shall be effective subject to the property owner granting to
the City, a utility easement described as follows:
The northerly 5.00 feet of that part of Lot 25 and Sub-
division Number 218, lying within the NW 1/2 of the SE 1/4
of Section 2; Township 118, Range 21, which lies west of the
West line of Oliver Avenue North.
