THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended by adding sec-
tions 19 -1501 and 19 -1502 as follows:

Section 19 -1502 PENALTY Anv person viola in
the provision of Section 19 -1602 may. upon conviction
thereof be punished by a fine of not more than seven hun-
dred dollars ($700) or imprisonment of not to exceed nine
ty (90) days. or both: together with the costs of prosecution.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after
adoption and upon thirty (30) days following its legal pub-
lication.
