ORDINANCE NO. 96 -09 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN LAND (NORTH HOSPICE) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the following manner: Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PUD). The following properties are hereby established as being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Development zoning classification: 1. The following properties are designated as PUD/R1 (Planned Unit Development/One Family Residential): Lots 1 through 12, Block 1, and Lots 1 through 13, Block 2, Twin View Meadows. Lot 1, Block 1, Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Master 2nd Addition; Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Brookdale Manor 2nd Addition. That part of Lot 22, Auditor's Subdivision No. 216, Hennepin County. Minnesota. described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 22, thence south 88° 00' west along the south line of said Lot 22 a distance of 505.01 feet to the actual point of beginning of the land to be hereinafter described; thence north 17° 00' east a distance of 158.55 feet, thence north 22° 00' west a distance of 285 feet. thence south 65° 00' west to the shore of Twin Lake, thence easterly and southerly along the shore of said Twin Lake to the south line of said Lot 22, thence east along the south line of said Lot 22 to the point of beginning, according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for said Hennepin County; ORDINANCE NO. 96 -09 Except that part which lies westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 22, thence south 88° 00' west along the south line of said Lot 22 a distance of 505.01 feet: thence north 17° 00' east a distance of 158.55 feet; thence north 22° 00' west a distance of 285 feet, thence south 65° 00' west a distance of 316 feet to the actual point of beginning., thence south 23° west to the shore of Twin Lake. Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty (30) days following its legal publication. Adopted this 22nd day of July 1996.
