ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERT4IN
LAND. (T. G. I. FRIDAY'S/COUNTRY INN AND
SUITES)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the follow-
ing manner:
Section 35-1200. INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT (I-
1), The following properties are hereby established as
being within the (I -1) Industrial Park District zoning clas-
sification:
Tracts A, 13, IC,] D and E, R.L.S. No. 1377.
Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT'
DISTRICT(PUD). The followinsprapediesare The follow*ngherebyes-
tablished as being within a (P110) Planned Unit Develop-
ment zoning classification:
