BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 11 -609 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended by deleting paragraphs 6 and 10 and renumbering subsequent para- graphs accordingly. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after adoption and thirty days following its legal publication. Adopted this day of 1996.
