ORDINANCE NO. 96 -15 AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT AT LOT 6, BLOCK 1. JOHN RYDEN SECOND ADDITION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That a utility easement in John Ryden Second Addition, according to the plat on file and of record thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows is hereby vacated: The north 10.00 feet of Lot 6, Block 1, John Ryden Second Addition. Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after adoption and thirty days following its legal publication. Adopted this 15th day of October 1996.
