THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN
CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following described easement over
Tract. B. Registered Land .Survey No. 1603. Hennepin
County. Minnesota. established by document no. 1777932
Hennepin County Register of Title. is hereby vacated.
