AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11 OF THE CITY ORDINANCE REGARDING LIQUOR LICENSING HOURS OF OPERATION MODIFYING THE CONSUMPTION PROVI- SION FROM 1 :00 A.M. TO 30 MINUTES AFTER CLOSING THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOL- LOWS: Section 1. Chapter 11 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is here- by amended by adding the following: Section 11 -110. CLOSING HOURS. Subdivision 1. It shall be unlawful to sell[, consume, or permit the consumption of] beer in any "on- sale" establishment on any Sunday between the hours of 1 a.m. and 12 noon. It shall be unlawful to consume or permit the consumption of beer in any "on -sale" establishment on any Sunday between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 12 noon. It shall be unlawful to sell[, con- sume, or permit the consumption of] beer in any "on- sale" establishment between the hours of 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. on any other day. It shall be unlawful to consume or permit the consumption of beer in any "on- sale" establishment between the hours of 1:30 a.m. and 8 a.m. on any other day. Section 11 -511. HOURS OF OPERATION. 1. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold [nor consumed nor permitted to be consumed] within the licensed premise after 1 a.m. on Sunday nor until 8 a.m. on Monday. No intoxicating liquor shall be consumed nor permitted to be consumed within the licensed premise after 1:30 a.m. on Sunday nor until 8 a.m. on Monday. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold [nor consumed nor permitted to be consumed] within a licensed premise between the hours of 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. on any weekday. No intoxicating liquor shall be consumed nor permitted to be consumed within the licensed premise between the hours of 1 :30 a.m and 8 a.m.' on any weekday. No "on -sale" shall be made after 8 p.m. on December 24. ORDINANCE NO. Section 11 -612. HOURS OF OPERATION. No intoxicating liquor shall be consumed nor permitted to be consumed with the licensed premise after 1 :30 a.m. on Sunday nor until 8 a.m. on Monday. No intoxicating liquor shall be sold [nor consumed nor permitted to be consumed] within a licensed premise between the hours of 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. on any weekday. No intoxicating liquor shall be consumed nor permitted to be consumed with the licensed premise between the hours of 1:30 a.m._ and 8 a.m. on any weekday. No "on -sale" shall be made after 8 p.m. on December 24. On Sundays, wine may be sold without a special license under the authority of an "on -sale wine" license between the hours of 10 a.m. Sunday and 1 a.m. Monday in conjunction with the serving of food.
