AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF
THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OP CERTAIN LAND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROO
CENTER DOES ORDARI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the
City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended in the follow
ing manner:
Section 35 -1200. INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT
(1 -1_).
The following properties are hereby established as
being within the (I -1) Industrial Park District zoning clas-
sification:
Tracts] A [and B] R.L.S. No. 1619
Section 35 -1240. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOP-
MENT DISTRICT (PUD).
The following properties are hereby established as
being within a (PUD) Planned Unit Development District
zoning classification:

Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective
