Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the 23rd day of 1994 at
7:15 P.M. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider An Ordinance Vacating
Part Of A Sanitary 8eiver Easement, Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1377, 2700
Freeway Boulevard.

ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE VACATING PART OF A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT, TRACT A,
REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 1377, 2700 FREEWAY BOULEVARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
Section 1. That the portion of the sanitary sewer easement obtained by the City via Doc.
No. 1103791 described. as:
A 20 foot wide strip of land, the centerline of which is described as follows:
Commencing at the most southerly corner of Tract A, Registered Land Survey
the publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the newspaper known as No. 1377, thence North 27 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East assumed bear
ing along the easterly line of said Tract A a distance of 284.33 feet; thence
