AN ORDINANCE VACATING PART OF A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT, TRACT A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 1377, 2700 FREEWAY BOULEVARD THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOL- LOWS: Section 1. That the portion of the sanitary sewer easement obtained by the City via Doc. No. 1103791 described. as: A 20 foot wide strip of land, the centerline of which is described as follows: Commencing at the most southerly corner of Tract A, Registered Land Survey the publisher or authorized agent and employee of the publisher of the newspaper known as No. 1377, thence North 27 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East assumed bear ing along the easterly line of said Tract A a distance of 284.33 feet; thence Brook I v n Center S u n P o s t North 39 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 34.52 feet to the an has full knowledge of the facts which are point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence continuing North 39 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 25.00 feet and there ter- minating, is hereby vacated.
