ORDINANCE NO. 93-01
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEMENT IN PEARSON'S
jdORTHPORT 3RD ADDITION
On March 8, 1893, the Brooklyn Center City Council adopted the above titled ordinance,
which was published in the official newspaper on February 17, 1993, with modification of the
published text as follows:
Section 2. This, ordinance shall be effective after adoption and thirty (30) days following
its legal publication.
Copies of the adopted text of this ordinance are available in the office of the Deputy City
Clerk during regular City Hall office hours. If anyone should have questions regarding this or
any other ordinance, please contact the City offices for %his information.
