Notiee is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the -12111 day of ApriL 1993, at
Q;,Ib, p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to consider an ordinance amending
Chapter 12 of the City Ordinances requiring recycling facilities to be provided at multiple fam-
ily dwellings with more than eight units.
Auxiliary aids for persons with disabilities are available upon request at least 96 hours in
advance. Please contact the Personnel Coordinator at 569-3300 to make arrangements.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES REQUIR-
COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ING RECYCLING FACILITIES TO BE PROVIDED AT MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLINGS
WITH MORE THAN FIGHT UNITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-

read as follows:
section 12 -306. 'RESPONSIBILITY FOR STORAGE AND DISPOSAL OF GARBAGE,
