HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009-112 CCR Member Tim Roche introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2009-112 RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR THE 2010 FISCAL YEAR WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center is the governing body of the City of Brooklyn Center; and WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require that a preliminary budget be adopted for funds using property taa� revenues along with the adoption of the preliminary property tax levy; and WHEREAS a relimina ro ert tax lev of 13 568 972 has been p rYP p Y Y proposed for adoption the basis for the budget proposed herewith.
