RESOLUTION NO. 2009-112
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR THE
2010 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center is the
governing body of the City of Brooklyn Center; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes require that a preliminary budget be
adopted for funds using property taa� revenues along with the adoption of the preliminary
property tax levy; and
WHEREAS a relimina ro ert tax lev of 13 568 972 has been

proposed for adoption the basis for the budget proposed herewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Brooklyn Center that the following amounts be adopted as the preliminary budget for
property tax supported funds appropriated as follows:

Kay Lasman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Tim Willson, Kay Lasman, Tim Roche, Dan Ryan, and 1�'Iark Yelich;
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
