Discussion: Time of Sale 9. Other Business 10. Adjournment: 8:30 p.m. Memorandum To: Chairperson Judy Thorbus and Housing Commission Members From: Tom Bublitz, Community Development Specialist G Date: March 8, 2007 Subject: Agenda Items- March 20, 2007 Housing Commission Meeting I ain enclosing a summary of "Time of Sale Housing Inspection Ordinances" in a number of inetro cities. This document came up as a single document when I did a"google search" so I do not know the source of the document. It looks accurate based on what I know about the ordinances. Also enclosed is a summary of Calls for Service for a three year period January to January. This is follow-up from our February meeting. I am also including February calls for service data. Only one apartment complex (5240 Drew) is currently on provisional license. For new members it will be helpful to read Section 12-913 in the City's Building Maintenance and Occupancy Ordinance (Chapter 12) as you review the calls for service numbers.
