Develop and recommaend programs which will provide quality housing fQr low and moderate in;come citize,ns: 10. Develop�and recoinmend a rehabilitatioa program as needed for existing housi.ng in Bmoklyn �CentP.r; especially for major maintenan�ce and energy modernization�proje�ts. .11. Understand the fwancial r�sources ava�able to the citizens in Brooklyn Center as it relates to housing.. i2: Investigate all housing� programs in terms of �ife �safety. 13: Pxovide education seminars for the citizens of �rooklya Center in ma�rs of housing. 14. Seive as the initial review and advisory body for tb�e Boazd af AppeaLs regarding contested �ompliance orders pursu�nt to the Housing Maintenance and Occtipancy Ordi�natice, Sections 12-1202 and 12-1243. `t V i. 15..
