HomeMy WebLinkAbout2009-116 CCR Member Kay Lasman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2009-116 RESOLUTION EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR THE DONATION OF THE STALKER DSR 2X TRAFFIC RADAR RECEIVED FROM THE SAFE SOBER MAY MOBILIZATION DRAWING WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center has received a Stalker DSR 2X radar valued at $2,778.00 from the Safe Sober May Mobilization drawing; and WHEREAS, the City Council accepts this donation; and WHEREAS, the City Council is appreciative of this donation and commends the Safe Sober Program for its efforts to promote traffic safety in the State of Minnesota. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center: 1.
