HomeMy WebLinkAbout2008-064 CCRadoption: Member Mark Yelich introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 2008-64 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION OF THE NORTH SUBURBAN EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS PLAN WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center is required to have an emergency operations plan; and criteria; and WHEREAS, all emergency operations plans are required to meet the same WHEREAS, a single regional emergency operations plan will enhance response between members; and WHEREAS, a common emergency plan will provide the ability for all the cities that comprise the group to work efficiently and effectively together. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, that it adopts the North Suburban Emergency Management Operations Plan. Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Dan Ryan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Tim Willson, Kay Lasman, Dan Ryan, and Mark Yelich; and the following voted against the same: Mary O'Connor; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
