HomeMy WebLinkAbout2007-107 CCRMember Mark Yelich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2007-107 RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT FOR LA DEY TWIN LAKE TOWNHOMES WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 23, 2007 approved a Preliminary Plat to divide property located at 4821 Twin Lake Avenue as part of Planning Commission Application 2007-007; and WHEREAS, Global Construction & Investment Company, Inc. has applied for final approval of the Final Plat for LA DEY TWIN LAKE TOWNHOMES as required by City Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that the Final Plat for LA DEY TWIN LAKE TOWNHOMES is hereby approved, subject to the following conditions: 1. Conditions as previously recommended by the Planning Commission and approved by the City Council for Planning Commission Application No. 2007-007. 1 2. Any requirements established by the City Attorney based on a review of the declaration of covenants and restrictions along with homeowner association documents. 3. Any additional requirements for providing evidence of title satisfactory to the City Attorney and City Engineer. 4. Any other conditions as established by Hennepin County for recording of said Final Plat. Aup-ust 13.2007 E7to ATTEST: City Clerk Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member: Dan Ryan and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereop: Tim Willson, Kay Lasman, Mary O'Connor, Dan Ryan, and Mark Yelich; and the following voted against the same: none; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
