Objectives: Participants, upon completion of the workshop, will have: a. reviewed the habits of highly-effective councils and council-staff teams. b. assessed the council's and council-staff team's performance since the January 2000 workshop. c. identified opportunities and strategies for improving council and council-staff performance. d. examined and refined the council's 2000 goals focusing on accomplishments to be achieved during the remainder of the year. e. established goals for calendar year 2001. f. identified an approach for orienting and integrating new members with the council. 2.
