RESOLUTION NO. 2007-18
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL
PAYMENT, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 2005-05, CONTRACT 2005-G, TWIN
LAKE AVENUE STREET, STORM DRAINAGE AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn Center,
Minnesota, Arcon Construction Company, Inc. of Harris, Minnesota has completed the following improvement
in accordance with said contract:
Improvement Project No. 2005-05, Contract 2005-G, Twin Lake Avenue Street, Storm
Drainage and Utility Improvements
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn
Center, Minnesota that:
1. It is hereby directed that final payment be made on Contract 2005-G, Twin Lake
Avenue Street, Storm Drainage and Utility Improvements, taking the contractor's
receipt in full. The total estimated amount to be paid for said improvements under
said contract shall be $795,397.58.
2. The estimated construction costs and revenues are hereby amended as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Mark Yelich
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Tim Willson, Kay Lasman, Mary O'Connor, Dan Ryan, and Mark Yelich;
and the following voted against the same: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
