HomeMy WebLinkAbout2006-048 CCR1 adoption: PERMITS Member Kay Lasman introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 2006-48 RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR ELECTRICAL WHEREAS, the Brooklyn Center City Council adopted Resolution No. 2003-86, authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for electrical inspection services; and, WHEREAS, the Brooklyn Center City Council adopted Resolution No. 2003-102, adopting a fee schedule for Electrical permits; and, WHEREAS, an electrical permit fee schedule has been prepared by city staff and is based on the fee schedule of the State Board of Electricity and survey data from other municipalities. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that the electrical permit fee schedule be amended as follows for the City of Brooklyn Center. Myrna Kragness, Kathleen Carmody, Kay Lasman, Diane Niesen, and Mary O'Connor; and the following voted against the same: none; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. 1
