RESOLUTION NO. 2005-172
RESOLUTION ADOPTING 2006 WATER UTILITY RATES, FEES AND
CHARGES
WHEREAS, the City of Brooklyn Center Charter requires that municipal utilities be
self-supporting through revenue provided by a uniform schedule of rates, fees and charges; and
WHEREAS, this uniform schedule shall be called the "Public Utility Rate Schedule"
and shall be adopted by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, financial requirements for the utility funds have been identified and
reviewed by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that the following Water Utility rates, fees and charges are hereby adopted and shall
be effective for all billings issued on or after January 1, 2006.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Kay Lasman
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Myrna Kragness, Kathleen Carmody, Kay Lasman, and Diane Niesen;
and the following voted against the same: Mary 0' Connor;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
