Auxiliary aids for handicapped persons are available upon request at least 96 hours in advance. Please contact the Personnel Coordinator at 569 -3300 to make arrangements. ORDINANCE NO. 90-07 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES BY DECLARING CERTAIN ACTIONS;AS PUBLIC NUISANCES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 19 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended as follows: Section 19 -103. PUBLIC NUISANCES FURTHER DEFINED. It is hereby declared to be a public nuisance to permit, maintain, or harbor any of the following: 13. The outside Darkina and /or storaae on vacant Drooerty of useable or unusable vehicles. trailers. watercraft. snowmobiles. recreational vehicles. all- terrain vehicles. construction vehicles and eauiDment. or similar vehicles. materials. suDDlies, eauinment. ice fish 'houses. skateboard ramps. Dlav houses or other non- Dermanent structures except as may be Dermitted by the Zonina or Sian Ordinances. 14. The outside Darkina and /or storaae on occupied residentiallv used DroDerty of useable or nonusable vehicles. trailers. watercraft. snowmobiles. recreational vehicles, all terrain vehicles and similar vehicles. materials. suDDlies. eauiDment. ice fish houses. skateboard ramns.'or other non Dermanent structures unless thev comply with the followina: ORDINANCE NO. 90 -07 a1 Vehicles. trailers and watercraft may be barked or stored outside in anv yard provided. however. if thev are narked or stored in the front vard area. or a vard area abuttina a public street. thev must be Darked or stored on an authorized oarkina or drivewav area or a paved or araveled extension of an authorized Darkina or drivewav area and be in compliance with Section 19 -1301 throuah 1305 of the City Ordinances. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty (30) days following its legal publication. Adopted this 9th day of April 1990.
