Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the 23rd day of
March 1 1992 at 7:15 P.M. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle
Creek Parkway, to consider An Ordinance Vacating A Drainage And Utility
Easement in CENTAUR ADDITION.
Auxiliary aids for handicapped persons are available upon request at least 96
hours in advance. Please contact the Personnel Coordinator at 569 -3350 to
make arrangements.
ORDINANCE NO. 92 -06
AN ORDINANCE VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN CENTAUR ADDITION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The five foot drainage and utilitv easement alone the
southerlv line of Lot 3. Block 1, CENTAUR ADDITION. Henneoin Countv.
Minnesota. except the westerlv 10 feet and the easterlv 5 feet thereof. is
herebv vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective after adoption and
thirty (30) days following its legal publication.
