AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 39
OF THE ORDINANCES REGARDING AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION
THE ALLOWANCE SIZE OF SPACE FOR
LEASE REAL ESTATE SIGNS
On August 12, 1991, the Brooklyn Center
City Council adopted the above titled ordi-
nance, which was published in the offical
newspaper on July 31, 1991, with modification
of the published text as follows: STATE OF MINNESOTA

Section 3. Section 2 of this ordinance shall
automatically be repealed one year fom the
effective date of this ordinance unless earlier
reenacted, by the Council. Upon such
automatic repeal, the terms of Section 34 -140 Notary Public
of the City Code of Ordinances shall
automatically revert to those in effect at the
time of adoption of this ordinance.
Section 4..This ordinance shalt become ef-
fective after adoption and upon thirty (30)
days following its legal'publi.cation. Effective
date of this ordinance is September 20, 1991.
