extend more than 10 feet above
the ground level. There may be
a second such sign if the use
abuts two or more streets. Pro
perties entitled to a second
freestanding sign may elect to
erect a single freestanding sign
not exceeding 72 square feet in
area nor 15 feet in height.
Section 2. This ordinance shall
become effective after adoption and
upon thirty (30) days following.' its.
legal publication.
