Section 1. Section 19- 1501,.1502, 1503,

Section 19 -1509. NOTICE TO ?�f., f r ?`tr:
ABATE NUISANCE. If it is deter
mined that public nuisance exists on Notary Public

right of way, the City manager shall
cause to be served upon the owner of
the parcel of land a written notice re-
quiring such owner to abate the
nuisance. Written notice shall be
served by mail, addressed to the
owner of the parcel at his last known
address. If the owner upon whom
such notice is served fails, neglects,
or refuses to abate the nuisance RATE INFORMATION
