AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CITY ORDI- NANCES BY DECLARING THE PARKING OF CERTAIN VEHICLES IN RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS A PUBLIC NUISANCE Section 1. Chapter 19 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Cen- ter is hereby amended as fol lows Section 19 -103. PUBLIC NUISANCES FURTHER DEFINED.
