PROHIBIT THE DISTURBANCE COUNTY OF HENNEPIN CAUSED BY A BARKING, HOWL ING,OR FIGHTING ANIMAL. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I.
