ORDINANCE NO.--- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3S REGARDING REQUIREMENTS FOR NURSING HOMES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Cen- ter is hereby amended in the following manner; Section 35 -313. R4 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT.' 3. Special Uses. a. Six inch and larger trees ex- isting on the site may be credited toward this requirement. Section 35 -411. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS IN Cl AND CIA DISTRICTS. t.
