THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' COUNTY OF HENNEPIN OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 23 -1901 PENALTIES Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than seven hundred dollars ($700.00) and imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days, or both, together with the cost of prosecution.
