THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY' COUNTY OF HENNEPIN

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Sections 1900 through.

Every section, provision or part of
this Chapter is declared seperable
from every other section, provision or
part of this Chapter shall be held in-
valid, such holding shall not inval-
idate any other section, provision or
partthereof.
Section 23 -1901 PENALTIES
Any person violating any provision
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction
thereof, shall be punished by a fine of
not more than seven hundred dollars
($700.00) and imprisonment for not
more than ninety (90) days, or both,
together with the cost of prosecution.
SECTION; 2—This. otWiname Fshall
