HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-126 CCRMember Kathleen Carmodyintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: R1 SOLUTION NO. 2005-126 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NOS. 2006-01,02,03, AND 04, CONTRACT 2006-A, CENTERBROOK NEIGHBORHOOD STREET, STORM DRAINAGE, AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City's Capital Improvements Program identifies specific streets for proposed infrastructure improvements in 2006; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the scope of proposed improvements for 2006 in the Centerbrook Neighborhood; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to begin the process of information gathering and solicitation of public comments. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that: Improvement Project Nos. 2006-01, 02, 03, and 04, Centerbrook Neighborhood Street, Storm Drainage, and Utility Improvements, are hereby established. 2. Staff is directed to begin field work, contact property owners in the neighborhood and obtain comments and input, and hold public informational meetings for property owners in the neighborhood where improvements are proposed. 3. Estimated project costs for preliminary field work, geotechnical investigations, and sewer televising costs are as follows: COST AMOUNT Televising $ 6,500 Geotechnical & Prelim.
