Charter. ORDINANCE M AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BROOKLYN CENTER BROOKLYN CENTER POST CITY CHARTER THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION Section 1. Sections 2.03 and 4.01 of the Brooklyn Center City Charter are hereby amended in the following manner: Section 2.03 Elective Officers. The Council shall be composed of a'Mayor and four Councilmembers who shall. be registered voters of Brooklyn STATE OF MINNESOTA Center, and who shall be elected at SS. large. Each Councilmember shall. COUNTY OF HENNEPIN serve for a term of (three (3)) four (41 years. The Mayor shall serve for a term of two (2) years. The Council shall be canvassers of the election of the Mayor and the Councilmembers. Section 4.01. THE REGULAR MUNICIPAL ELECTION. A regular municipal election shall be held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November of each even numbered Gary E. L'Herault, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the publisher of the newspaper known as the BROOKLYN year at such place or places as the CENTER POST, serving the CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER, and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated City Council may designate.
