Banners, pen nants, streamers, balloons, stringers or similar attention attracting devices may also be displayed on the property where the sale is being con ducted. The sign and other devices may displayed for the duration of the sale only, and must be removed at its termination. 2. Temporary off -site signs not exceeding three (3) square feet in area, indicating the location and/or time of a rummage sale may be located on other resi- dential property (not commer- cial, industrial or public prop- erty) provided that property owner's permission has been obtained to display such signery.
