Notice is hereby given that n public hearing will be held on the 11th day of
August, of 1986 at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway to
consider an .amendment to Chapters 8 and 23 regarding licensing of bottled
and canned soft-drinks.
Auxiliary aids for handicapped persons are available upon request at least
%hours in advance. Please contact the Personnel Coordinator at 566 -5440 to
make arrangements.

.AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 8 AND 23 OF THE CITY OR-
DINANCES REGARDING. LICENSING OF BOTTLED AND CANNED
SOFT DRINKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 8, Section 3. Subd. 5 is hereby amended as follows:
Section 3. Licenses.
Subd. 5. License Fee. Fees for licenses issued hereunder shall be in the
amount set forth by the Council from time to time for Bakery Food Vehicles,
Catering Food Vehicles, Food Establishments, Itinerant Food Establish
ments, ReadiIV-perishable Food Vehicles, Vending Machines (excludes bot-
tled and so" drink vending machines), and Special Food Handling Licenses.
Section 2. Chapter 23 -010 ishereby amended as follows:
Section 23-010. LICENSE FEES. The fees for the various licenses shall be
as hereinafter stated, not withstanding other ordinance provisions regarding
the specificfee.
