Section 5, Section 35.900 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended by the ad- ditlon of the following: Section 35-900. DEFINITIONS. The language set forth In the text of this zoning ordinance shall be interpreted In accordance with the following definition. Words used In the present tense shall Include the future; words used in the singular Include the plural and the plural includes the singular. Group day care facility: A facility licensed by the Minnesota Depart ment of Public Welfare to provide child care for six or more children at one time. This term also includes, but is nee limited to, 'facilities having prof for children known as nurs, chools, day nurseries, child care centers, play groups, day care centers, cooperative day care centers" and Head Start programs. Section 6. This ordinance shall become., effective after adoption and upon thirty (36) days following its legal publication.
