Section 19.1301 through', Section 19-1307.of_ the City Ordinances is hereby amended in 'the, following fnanner: Section 19 -1301. INTENT AND Gary E. Section 19.1306. SEPARABILITY. Should any section, subdivision, clause, or other .provision of this or- dinance be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the va- lidity of the ordinances as awhole nor of any part thereof other than the part so declared to be invalid. Section 19 -1307. PENALTY. Any person ,violating the provisions of this ordinance, upon conviction, shall be punished bya fine of not more than seven hundred ($700) dollars or im- prisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days or both, together with costs of prosecution. Section 2.
