ORDINANCE NO. 85 -06 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PENALTY SECTIONS OF THE CITY ORDINANCES OF BROOKLYN CENTER TO REFLECT THE CHANGES IN MINNESOTA STATUTES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Pursuant to Laws of Minnesota 1983, Chapter 331 Section 5, Subd. 3 of the following numbered City Ordinances which prescribe a maximum fine of $500 or imprisonment for 90 days for an ordinance violation,are hereby amended to prescribe a maximum fine of $700 or imprisonment for 90 days or both, together with the costs of prosecution.
