Notice is hereby given that a public hearing be held on the 1 day o
December, 1983 at 8:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to
consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance providing a separate parking re-
quirement for racket and swim clubs.
ORDINANCE NO. 84 -1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES
TO PROVIDE A PARKING REQUIREMENT FOR RACQUET AND SWIM CLUBS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Sectiol 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn
Center is hereby amended in the following manner:
Section 35 -704. MINIMUM PARKING SPACES REQUIRED.
2. Comrerce (Retail and Service /Office)
(i Racquetand swim clubs, athletic clubs, health spas and the
like:
Twenty spaces for the first 1,000 sq. ft. of gross building
floor area, plus or;e space per 300 sq. ft. of gross floor
area in excess of 1,000 sq. ft. plus t%.4o (2) spaces per
outside tennis court.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and
upon thirty (30) days following its legal publication.
