Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the 28th day of
March, 1983 at 8:00 p.m. at the City Hall, 6301 Shingle Creek Parkway, to
consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance by classifying certain land as
being within the Cl Zoning District.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES
CLASSIFYING CERTAIN LAND AS BEING WITHIN THE Cl ZONING
DISTRICT
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOIMYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOIJ,94S:
Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn
Center is hereby amended in the following manner:
Section 35 -1170. SEITJICE /OFFICE DISI UCTL (C -1)
That part of the south 180 feet of the nn_r_th 450 feet of Lots 34 and
35, Auditor's Subdivision No. 216, Hennepin County, 1.4i.nnesota, lying
south of the following described line.
Commencing at�the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Balfany's
Northport First Addition to the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota,
thence northeasterly along the extension of the southeasterly line
of said Lot to Block 3, a distance of 256.84 feet, thence northeasterly
along a tangential curve to the riqht having a radius of 438.97 feet,
a distance of 196.64 feet, thence easterly along the tangent to said
curve to the east line of said Lot 35, Auditor's Subdivision No. 216..
Lot 1, Block 1, Earle Brown Farm Estates First Addition
Section 2. This ordinance shall ;,--wine effective after adoption and
upon thirty (30) days following its legal publication.
