ORDINANCE NO.— AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY OR- DINANCES REGARDING SET BACKS FOR EXISTING ONE -OR `TWO- FAMILY DWELLINGS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY STATE OF MINNESOTA OF BROOKLYN center does ordain as FOLLOWS: COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. Section I..Chapter 35 of theCity .Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center .Ishereby amended by the addition to the following: Section 35 -400. TABLE OF M I N I M U M 0, 1.
