AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 1 OF THE CITY ORDINANCES REGARDING ANIMALS On September 27, 1982 the Brooklyn BROOKLYN CENTER POST C••nter City Council adopted the above ordinance which was published official newspaper on August 26, z. Ordinance 82 -12 is a com- prehensive amendment to the City's AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION Animal Ordinance which revised the licensing period of dog licenses to run concurrently with the effective length of the animal's rabies vaccination and also established requirements for STATE OF MINNESOTA private kennel licenses in households with more than 2 dogs or more than 4 SS. cats. COUNTY OF HENNEPIN Upon adoption of ordinance 82 -12 by the Brooklyn Center City Council, the ordinance was amended as follows: Section 1 -105 4.
