BUS GARAGES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Chapter 35 of the City Ordinances of the City of Brooklyn Center is hereby amended as follows: Section 35 -322 Subdivision 3. SPECIAL USES (m) School bus garage facilities provided all storage, including vehicles, and minor servicing and minor repair shall be conducted wholly within an enclosed building and further provided it does not abut any resi- dential (Rl through R7) district, including abuttment at a street line. Section 35 -900. DEFINITIONS Garage school bus A building, or portion of a building, used for the storage of school buses (defined in M.S.A. Section 169.01, Subdivision 6), or where any such vehicles are kept for remuneration or hire, excluding major repair of such vehicles. Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective after adoption and upon thirty (30) days following its legal publication.
