AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 35 OF THE CITY OR- AFFIDAVIT O F PUBLICATION CANOPIES RELATIVE TO COPIES AND CARPORTS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BROOKLYN CENTER DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 35 -310 (1) (b) (3) and Section 35 -311 (1) (b) (3) are STATE OF MINNESOTA hereby amended to read as follows: SS.
