The estimated project costs and revenues are hereby amended as follows: COSTS As Final Contract Quantities $1,344,718.15 Change Order No. 1 $ 25,634.55 Change Order No. 2 $ 19,680.35 Change Order No. 3 < $10.115.60> Subtotal Construction Cost $1,379,917.45 Admin/Legal/Eng $ 157,713.41 Reforestation $ 13,330.00 Streetlights $ 77.450.00 Total Estimated Project Cost $1,628,410.86 adoption: Member Kay Lasman introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 2004-135 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3, ACCEPTING WORK PERFORMED AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT, IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NOS. 2003-01, 02, 03 AND 04, CONTRACT 2003-A, HAPPY HOLLOW NEIGHBORHOOD STREET, STORM DRAINAGE AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, Richard Knutson, Inc. of Savage, Minnesota has completed the following improvement in accordance with said contract: Improvement Project Nos. 2003-01, 02, 03 & 04, Contract 2003-A, Happy Hollow Neighborhood Street, Storm Drainage and Utility Improvements NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center, Minnesota that: RESOLUTION NO. 2004-138 REVENUES Street Assessment $288,746.50 Water Fund $397,944.25 Storm Drainage Assessment $111,233.52 Storm Drainage Utility Fund $294,063.48 Sanitary Sewer Utility $288,075.55 Street Construction Fund $260,897.56 Street Light Utility $ 77.450.00 Total Estimated Revenue $1,628,410.86 October 25. 2004 to ATTEST: ~Sm *M'4~ City Clerk Mayor The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kathleen Carmody and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Myrna Kragness, Kathleen Carmody, Kay Lasman, Diane Niesen, and Bob Peppe; and the following voted against the same: none; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
