Member introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 2004-127
RESOLUTION REGARDING CANVASS OF SEPTEMBER 14, 2004, PRIMARY
ELECTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center that it is
hereby determined by official canvass that Kay Lasman, Tom Reynolds, Charles F. Nichols, Jr., and
Mary O'Connor are declared to be the nominees for the office of Council Member of the City of
Brooklyn Center.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center
that the City Clerk is directed to place the names of the nominees on the general election ballot.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
