RESOLUTION NO. 2009 -151
RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2010 PUBLIC UTILITY FUND BUDGETS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center is required by City
Charter and State Statute to annually adopt a budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Brooklyn Center that appropriations for the Public Utility Fund Budgets for 2010 shall be:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member
Tim Roche
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Tim Willson, Kay Lasman, Tim Roche, Dan Ryan, and Mark Yelich;
and the following voted against the same: none;
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
