HRA RESOLUTION NO. 86-10
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF DEVELOPER'S
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, representatives of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Brooklyn Center
(HRA) and the City of Brooklyn Center (City) have presented to
the HRA a proposed agreement entitled: "Contract for Private
Development" by and between the HRA, the City and Earle Brown
Commons Partnership; and
WHEREAS, the HRA has reviewed such agreement and the
project proposed therein and finds that the same are appropriate
and in furtherance of the Earle Brown Farm Redevelopment
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Brooklyn Center as
follows:
1. The proposed Contract for Private Development is hereby
approved subject to the review and approval of bond
counsel.
2. The Executive Director and Commission Chairman are
hereby authorized to execute such contract in the name
of and on behalf of the HRA.
3. The Executive

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by member Rich Theis , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Dean Nyquist,
Gene Lhotka, Celia Scott, and Rich Theis;
and the following voted against the same: none,
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
