RE: 2003 Partial Roof Replacement at Earle Brown Heritage Center
INSPEC Project No.: 207558
Dear Mr. Boganey:
Bids were opened on June 10, 2003, for the above - referenced project. The responsible
low bidder for the project was Central Roofing Company with the bid amount of
$79,424.
The apparent low bid amount is lower than the project budget.
Central Roofing Company was contacted with regard to the bid results. They indicated
they were comfortable with their bid and it was their intent to provide the work for this
project in conformance with the construction documents for the bid amount.
Central Roofing Company has provided the work for many of our clients. Their work
has been very good. Based on other projects that INSPEC, INC. has been involved
with, we would recommend award of contract to Central Roofing Company.
Very truly your ,
PE IN
