HomeMy WebLinkAbout1997-002 HRARMember Kathleen Carmody introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: HRA RESOLUTION NO. 97-02 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY BROOKLYN CENTER HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1998 PURSUANT TO MSA CHAPTER 469.033, SUBDIVISION 6 AND VWSA CHAPTER 469.1,Q7_ ST IM VISION 1 WHEREAS, the Brooklyn Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority has considered the preliminary budget and finds that this budget is necessary for the operation of the Brooklyn Center Housing and Redevelopment Authority during the year 1998. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for the City of Brooklyn Center as follows: 1. that the preliminary budget of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for said City is hereby approved and shall be: ESTIMATED REVENUES: General Property Taxes $126,686 Intergovernmental Revenue Homestead Credit 15.556 Total Revenue by Source $142,242 APPROPRIATIONS: Transfer to E.D.A. Fund $142,242 x. 2. that a copy of this resolution, together with the preliminary budget, be submitted to the City Council of the City of Brooklyn Center. September 8, 1997 Date Chairman The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kay Lasman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Myrna Kragness, Kathleen Carmody, Debra Hilstrom, Kay Lasman, and Robert Peppe; and the following voted against the same: none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
